Welcome to Bethany's Bikini Fit Camp! Look around at what our program has to offer... hopefully we'll be hearing from you with plans of joining our group and changing your life!
Each year boot camp takes several teams of girls to push their limits at the Ft Gordon Marine Mud Run Challenge and USMC Mud Run in Columbia, SC. It is over 4.5 miles with 17-33 obstacles and lots of mud. The girls are always so proud of themselves when they are done.

Last year was tough. My precious son got into serious trouble for the first time and I had to have a much dreaded hysterectomy. I had personal hot line to God during those troubled times. God is great! He triumphantly returned my prodigal son, and I managed to get through my surgery. After, I did what no mom is supposed to do. I plastered a smile on my face and began to silently fall apart. I prayed sobbed and shouted scriptures all the way to work. I knew by the New Year it was time for medication, therapy, and new clothes. God had another plan. Bethany's BBC began a biggest loser contest for 12 weeks eating clean. On a closed FB page the girls involved became my therapy, the healthy food my medication and I did get new clothes: size 4 not 10! Less than 3 years from the big 5*0 I can outrun my boys, not because they are weak, but because I am STRONG!
Results - Tammy lost 13 3/4 inches and 14.53% of her body weight
