
Bethany's Bikini Fit Camp is a 6 week, outdoor, fitness program for women. Each fit camp class is an hour long and consists of various exercises designed to burn fat, increase endurance, and sculpt and tone muscles. Each instructor carefully prepares a different workout for each class so you never get the same workout. 5 times a week we offer a cardio fit camp on the schedule that is 45 minutes of heart pumping cardio that includes exercises such as running, stairs, plyometrics, etc. with the addition of these cardio classes fit campers can now attend fit camp every day if they would like. Each fit camper is challenged and pushed outside of her comfort zone to reach her personal best but is also encouraged to work inside her own fitness level. Alternatives to exercises are given as well as a beginner and advanced option of an exercise. Fit camp instructors will do whatever they can to help you reach your personal goals and to make sure that you feel comfortable with the exercises that are given. In addition to fantastic, well designed workouts, fit campers can also expect to receive plenty of nutrition information. Bethany believes that exercise and diet go hand and hand. She is going to give you the information necessary to make sure you reach your goals and to make sure you make the lifestyle changes you need to set you on the road to a much healthier you. There are also contests, seminars, workshops, etc all included in the low fit camp cost.
