BBC’s Biggest Loser Program is a 12 week program designed to help women change their eating habits, lose weight, and inches, and make it a lifestyle change. Bethany does not believe in fad diets, you have to make a lifestyle change to keep the weight off for good or you will always be losing the same weight over and over. It is Bethany’s goal to help break this cycle and to help women learn how to eat healthy an how to implement healthy eating into their families lives. For 12 weeks, Bethany accepts 25 girls to compete in the BBC’s Biggest Loser contest. The women post their food daily on a private face book page and meet for nutrition lessons and weigh ins throughout the 12 weeks. The support for the women is amazing. The women become like a family. At the end of the 12 weeks prizes are awarded to the ladies who lose the most percentage of weight as well as the ones who has lost the most inches.
